Find a meeting time (Huddle Up)

The Huddle Up template card opens a time slots signup, where each person takes one slot. It does not run a vote on the best time. Here are two ways to find a meeting time.

Steps

Ask with a survey (best for finding a time)

1. Go to Signups, then Surveys.
2. Under New survey, add a question like Which times work for you?
3. Pick the Checkboxes (pick many) type and list each time under Options, one per line.
4. Click Create survey (draft), open it, click Open survey, and share the link.
5. The survey page counts each time, so the most picked one is easy to spot.

Offer set times

1. Click Create a signup and pick Time slots.
2. Set the window and Minutes per slot, so each person books their own time, like one on one chats.

Good to know

• Once you pick the time, add it to your calendar so everyone gets it on their phone.
