Does SportsHubGo take registrations or payments?

No. SportsHubGo is the one page that pulls a season together. It does not sign anyone up, take payments, keep a roster, or send messages. Team registration, tournament entry fees, and volunteer signups run in SignUpGo, and the season page links to them. Donations go through whatever fundraiser you link, such as FundDriveGo. That keeps every payment and every family's details in one place you already manage.
