Send issues automatically every week

SizzleGo can write and send your upcoming dates newsletter every week, pulling in whatever is live at that time. This is for organizers who would rather not remember.

Steps

1. Go to Newsletter and find the Masthead card.
2. Under Send it for me, tick Every week, build the issue from the calendar and send it.
3. Pick the Day and the hour. The hour is in your organization's time zone.
4. Leave Send even when nothing is live unticked to skip weeks with nothing coming up. Tick it to send anyway.
5. Click Save. The card shows when the next one goes out.

Good to know

• It also skips a week when no contacts have email consent. The card shows what happened last time.
• Automatic issues show in Newsletters, marked Weekly automatic issue. Click one to see who it reached.
• If a send gets blocked partway, the owner gets an email saying how many it reached.
• Automatic issues are free, just like the ones you send yourself.
• To stop, untick the box and click Save. You can still write one by hand any time.
